Which agent for which task?¶
Two families of agents are available to you: base agents, versatile, for everyday work, and specialized agents, designed for one specific task.
Base agents¶
These are the general-purpose assistants. Each one is named after the AI model that powers it (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Qwen…). They can do everything: write, summarize, translate, analyze, code. They differ in cost and strengths, shown directly in their name with icons.
| Icon | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 | Economy: the default choice |
| 🟡 | Intermediate: for a more demanding need |
| 🔴 | Premium: only if the others are not enough |
Strengths: ✍️ writing · 💻 code · 🗓️ planning · 🔍 analysis · 📊 data · 💬 translation · 🧠 complex reasoning
The reflex
Pick a 🟢 agent whose icon matches your need. If the answer does not fit, move to a 🟡, then to a 🔴. The full method is in the tip Choosing your AI model.
Specialized agents¶
Each specialized agent does one thing, and does it well: it knows its task, asks the right questions and has the right tools. When one of them matches your need, prefer it to a base agent.
Communication¶
Caro · Pro photo retouching¶
What it is for: improving photos of landscapes, buildings, gates and fences for marketing materials and social media.
- You give it: the photo and what you want to change ("remove the car on the left", "brighten the image").
- You get: a retouched photo with a natural look, ready to publish.
- It can: remove objects, people or shadows, and adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness and colors.
- Good to know: it keeps the rest of the image unchanged. Be precise about where the change should happen.
Corso · E-learning module generator¶
What it is for: creating, fixing, adapting or translating training modules for 360Learning from your product documents.
- You give it: your source documents (product sheets, presentations).
- You get: a structured e-learning module, published activity by activity.
- Good to know: you stay in control from start to finish. It stops to have you validate the scope, then the outline, then each activity before publishing it. It can also take over an existing module or copy it into another language.
Logos · Logo and stamp generator¶
What it is for: creating or adapting a logo or an internal stamp ("Received", "Approved", "Confidential"…), from a description or a reference image.
- You give it: a description, and optionally an existing logo to evolve.
- You get: an image on a white background, after 3 or 4 framing questions (style, colors, shape, text).
- Tip: give your colors as hex codes (e.g.
#1A3C6E) for a more faithful result. - Good to know: short texts give the best results. Always proofread the generated text. No transparent background or vector file: you will need a background-removal tool. It refuses to reproduce an official stamp (government, bank, notary…).
Data and operations¶
SAP Connector¶
What it is for: retrieving data on quotes and orders created in SAP.
A need keeps coming up and no agent covers it? Suggest it by replying to the mail: that is how the next specialized agents are born.
